About Us
After noticing that the Bay Area was essentially a confined niche of STEM engagement and high-intensity athletics, the YSA team was awestruck after finding this trend detracting in other regions of the US and other third-world countries. Expanding a base for STEM education presented its own problems as language barriers were common and a lack of access to athletic equipment posed another obstacle to YSA's mission. These fundamental roots encouraged the Youth STEM Academy to teach in multiple languages while specialized executive members taught specifically tailored sports to students.

Youth STEM Academy's specialized athletes teach students the fundamentals of specific sports. Remote areas lack basic materials for athletics, so YSA takes a distinct and simplified approach to virtually offer students a specialized physical education.

The Youth STEM Academy firmly believes that a language barrier must not serve as an obstacle for technological innovation and success, so we teach and make our lectures in multiple languages.
